At Rowan & Peridot, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for our team and every client. We believe everyone has the right to receive and provide services free from harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or abuse.
We maintain a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behaviour of any kind.
1. Respectful Conduct
All clients are expected to treat our team and fellow clients with courtesy and respect throughout their visit.
Behaviour that will not be tolerated includes, but is not limited to:
- Verbal abuse, offensive language, or aggressive behaviour
- Harassment, intimidation, or threatening conduct
- Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
- Bullying or repeated inappropriate behaviour
- Damage to property or deliberate disruption of the business
- Recording or photographing team members or other clients without their consent
2. Inappropriate Behaviour During Services
Many of our services involve close professional interaction. Any inappropriate conduct directed toward a member of our team will result in the immediate termination of the appointment.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sexual comments, jokes, or suggestive remarks
- Inappropriate requests or propositions
- Unwanted physical contact
- Sexual gestures or behaviour
- Any conduct that causes a team member to feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or threatened
3. Refusal or Termination of Service
If inappropriate or abusive behaviour occurs, Rowan & Peridot reserves the right to:
- End the appointment immediately
- Refuse or discontinue service
- Charge for the scheduled appointment where permitted under the applicable booking or cancellation policy
- Refuse future bookings
- Contact law enforcement where necessary to protect the safety of our team, our clients, or our business
