Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

1. Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service, at the discretion of the individual team member.

Providing advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.

2. No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may also require a deposit or prepayment.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other appointments. The full appointment fee may still apply.

4. Individual Booking Policies

Rowan & Peridot Collective is home to independent professionals. While this policy serves as a general guideline, individual team members may have their own booking, cancellation, deposit, or payment policies. Any additional policies will be communicated before your appointment or at the time of booking.
